減水劑是一種在維持混凝土坍落度不變的條件下，能減少拌合用水量的混凝土外加劑，隨車(chē)攜帶，能對(duì)混凝土進(jìn)行很好的調(diào)節(jié)。不過(guò)在加入減水劑的時(shí)候，一定要記得有商砼站化驗(yàn)室的人在場(chǎng)，否則混凝土質(zhì)量強(qiáng)度不夠，后果會(huì)很?chē)?yán)重。

Superplasticizer is a kind of concrete admixture which can reduce the amount of mixing water under the condition of maintaining the same slump of concrete. It can be carried with the car and can adjust the concrete well. However, when adding superplasticizer, we must remember that there are people in the laboratory of commercial concrete station, otherwise the concrete quality and strength is not enough, the consequences will be very serious.

二、回站檢查儲(chǔ)水罐內(nèi)的水量

每次出車(chē)卸完料回到站內(nèi)的時(shí)候，檢查儲(chǔ)水罐內(nèi)的水量，更好讓水罐中的水隨時(shí)處于滿(mǎn)罐的狀態(tài)，以備不時(shí)之需。

三、離站前檢查混凝土質(zhì)量

可能會(huì)因?yàn)樵系牟煌恳卉?chē)混凝土質(zhì)量都會(huì)有變化。在裝好混凝土離場(chǎng)時(shí)，一定要檢查罐內(nèi)混凝土的塌落度以及和易度，小心混凝土的提前凝結(jié)和混凝土離析沉淀。

四、盡量減少車(chē)輛行駛的時(shí)間

混凝土運(yùn)輸距離一般在半徑20公里范圍以?xún)?nèi)，出車(chē)之前規(guī)劃好行車(chē)路線(xiàn)以及車(chē)輛性能情況，盡量減少車(chē)輛在路上的行駛時(shí)間。

The concrete transportation distance is generally within the radius of 20 km. Before driving, plan the driving route and vehicle performance to minimize the driving time of vehicles on the road.

五、特殊情況為了減少損失先卸料

如果遇人為或不可抗因素，導(dǎo)致長(zhǎng)時(shí)間無(wú)法卸料的情況，應(yīng)隨時(shí)查看罐內(nèi)混凝土情況，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)混凝土開(kāi)始凝結(jié)。應(yīng)立刻進(jìn)行卸料，以防整個(gè)罐體凝罐報(bào)廢。

If it is impossible to unload for a long time due to man-made or irresistible factors, check the concrete condition in the tank at any time. Once it is found that the concrete begins to set. Unloading should be carried out immediately to prevent the whole tank from being scrapped.
