1、水泥出料前，攪拌筒應(yīng)以10～12rpm的轉(zhuǎn)速旋轉(zhuǎn)1分鐘后出料。

2、卸料后，應(yīng)立即用車(chē)上的軟管沖洗入口、卸料漏斗和卸料槽，將附著在車(chē)體上的污垢和殘余混凝土排出，然后向攪拌筒內(nèi)注水?；爻虝r(shí)，攪拌筒應(yīng)緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，清理內(nèi)壁，以免殘留的爐渣附著在筒壁上，攪拌葉片在一次裝料前將水排干。

2. After discharging, the hose on the truck shall be used to flush the inlet, discharge funnel and discharge tank immediately to discharge the dirt and residual concrete attached to the truck body, and then inject water into the mixing drum. 3、運(yùn)輸水泥時(shí)，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速在1000-1400轉(zhuǎn)/分范圍內(nèi)，使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生扭矩，轉(zhuǎn)速不超過(guò)40公里/小時(shí)

4、水泥攪拌運(yùn)輸車(chē)完工后，應(yīng)對(duì)攪拌筒內(nèi)部和筒體進(jìn)行清理，不得將剩余混凝土留在攪拌筒內(nèi)。

5、水泵工作時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁空轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)使用時(shí)間不得超過(guò)15分鐘。

6、水箱的水量應(yīng)始終處于滿水狀態(tài)，以備緊急使用。冬季停機(jī)后，應(yīng)將水箱、水泵、水管、攪拌桶內(nèi)的水排干，并將水貯存在朝陽(yáng)無(wú)水的地方，以免凍傷機(jī)器。

6. The water volume of the water tank of the cement mixer truck should always be full for emergency use. After shutdown in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing bucket shall be drained, and the water shall be stored in the place without water in Chaoyang to avoid frostbite.

7、冬季攪拌車(chē)應(yīng)及時(shí)安裝保溫套管，并用防凍劑保護(hù)攪拌機(jī)。燃油標(biāo)簽應(yīng)根據(jù)天氣變化進(jìn)行更換，以保證機(jī)器的正常使用。

7. In winter, the mixer should be installed with insulating sleeve in time, and the mixer should be protected with antifreeze. The fuel label should be replaced according to the weather change to ensure the normal use of the machine.

8、泥攪拌運(yùn)輸車(chē)液力傳動(dòng)部分檢修時(shí)，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、液壓泵應(yīng)無(wú)壓運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
