一、自動(dòng)上料攪拌車應(yīng)停在平地上，并將鏟斗平放在地面上。當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火后，需反復(fù)多次扳動(dòng)工作裝置操縱手柄，確保各液壓缸處于無(wú)壓休息狀態(tài)。如果自動(dòng)上料攪拌車只能停在坡道上時(shí)，要將輪胎墊牢。
1、 The automatic feeding mixer shall be parked on the flat ground, and the bucket shall be placed on the ground. When the engine is off, pull the operating handle of the working device repeatedly to ensure that each hydraulic cylinder is in a pressure free rest state. If the automatic feeding mixer can only stop on the ramp, the tire shall be firmly padded.
二、自上料攪拌車裝料前，應(yīng)先排凈攪拌罐內(nèi)殘存的積水和雜物。在運(yùn)輸過程中要不停的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，以防混凝土離析。自上料攪拌車到達(dá)工地和卸料之前，應(yīng)先使攪拌罐以每分鐘14—18轉(zhuǎn)的速度轉(zhuǎn)1—2分鐘，然后再進(jìn)行反轉(zhuǎn)卸料。反轉(zhuǎn)之前，應(yīng)使攪拌罐停穩(wěn)不轉(zhuǎn)。
2、 Before loading from the charging mixer truck, the remaining water and sundries in the mixing tank shall be drained. Keep rotating during transportation to prevent concrete segregation. Before the loading mixer truck arrives at the construction site and discharges materials, the mixing tank shall be rotated for 1-2 minutes at the speed of 14-18 revolutions per minute, and then the reverse unloading shall be carried out. Before reversing, the mixing tank shall be stopped stably.
三、環(huán)境溫度如果高于25攝氏度，從裝料、運(yùn)輸、到卸料的延續(xù)時(shí)間不得超過60分鐘；如果環(huán)境溫度低于25攝氏度，上述時(shí)間不得超過90分鐘。
3、 If the ambient temperature is higher than 25 ℃, the duration from loading, transportation to unloading shall not exceed 60 minutes; If the ambient temperature is below 25 ℃, the above time shall not exceed 90 minutes.
四、在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)卸料完畢后，應(yīng)立即用自上料攪拌車隨車帶的軟管沖洗進(jìn)料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等處，清除粘附在車身各處的污泥及混凝土。在返回?cái)嚢枵镜耐局?，?yīng)向攪拌罐內(nèi)注150L—200L的水來清洗攪拌罐壁及葉片粘結(jié)的混凝土殘?jiān)?br /> 4、 After unloading at the construction site, the hose attached to the truck from the loading mixer shall be used to flush the feed hopper, discharge hopper, discharge chute, etc., to remove the sludge and concrete adhering to the vehicle body. 五、每天工作結(jié)束后，司機(jī)應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)向攪拌罐內(nèi)注入清水并以每分鐘14—18轉(zhuǎn)的速度旋轉(zhuǎn)5—10分鐘，然后將水排去，以保障攪拌罐內(nèi)清潔。用高壓水清洗攪拌罐各個(gè)部分時(shí)，應(yīng)注意避開儀表及操縱桿等部位。
5、 At the end of each day's work, the driver shall be responsible for injecting clean water into the mixing tank and rotating it for 5-10 minutes at the speed of 14-18 revolutions per minute, and then draining the water to ensure the cleanness of the mixing tank. When cleaning all parts of the mixing tank with high-pressure water, avoid instruments, control rods and other parts.
六、清除攪拌罐內(nèi)外殘存的混凝土渣塊時(shí)，以及在機(jī)修人員進(jìn)入攪拌罐內(nèi)進(jìn)行檢修和焊補(bǔ)作業(yè)時(shí)，需先關(guān)閉攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，使攪拌罐完全停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。在機(jī)修人員進(jìn)入攪拌罐內(nèi)的工作期間，需要保障攪拌罐內(nèi)通風(fēng)良好，無(wú)可燃?xì)怏w及有害灰塵。在攪拌罐內(nèi)使用電動(dòng)工具操作時(shí)，操作人員需要有良好的絕緣保護(hù)。
6、 When removing the residual concrete slag inside and outside the mixing tank, and when the machine maintenance personnel enter the mixing tank for maintenance and repair welding, the engine of the mixing truck shall be shut down first to make the mixing tank stop completely. During the working period when the machine maintenance personnel enter the mixing tank, it is necessary to ensure that the mixing tank is well ventilated and free of combustible gas and harmful dust. When electric tools are used in the mixing tank, the operators shall have good insulation protection.
七、自上料攪拌車工作時(shí)，不得將手伸入旋轉(zhuǎn)的攪拌罐內(nèi)，嚴(yán)禁將手伸入主卸料溜槽和加長(zhǎng)卸料溜槽的連接部位，以免發(fā)生事故。
