一、自上料攪拌車攪拌軸停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的原因：在生產(chǎn)過程中當(dāng)出現(xiàn)混凝土自上料攪拌車攪拌軸停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)或是轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)有點(diǎn)緩慢都是正?，F(xiàn)象，如果這種情況首先停機(jī)檢查，看看有沒有出現(xiàn)下列三種情況。

1、 Reasons for stopping the rotation of the mixing shaft of the self loading mixer: it is normal that the mixing shaft of the concrete self loading mixer stops rotating or rotates a little slowly during the production process. 3、攪拌葉片或側(cè)葉片與筒體內(nèi)壁間有沒有大的異物？出現(xiàn)這種情況也會(huì)使混凝土自動(dòng)上料攪拌車攪拌軸停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)或轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)緩慢。攪拌葉片或側(cè)葉片與罐內(nèi)壁間有較大的異物也會(huì)導(dǎo)致攪拌軸停轉(zhuǎn)，之所以能卡存異物，就是由于攪拌葉片或側(cè)葉片與罐內(nèi)壁間隙過大造成的，尤其是石子。

1、混凝土自動(dòng)上料攪拌車電機(jī)傳動(dòng)皮帶過松的情況，只需停機(jī)后調(diào)整混凝土攪拌機(jī)電機(jī)傳動(dòng)皮帶的張緊度即可。

2、混凝土自動(dòng)上料攪拌車超載而造成攪拌軸停轉(zhuǎn)，只需調(diào)整進(jìn)料量，卸出多余的物料，降低攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷即可。

三、自動(dòng)上料攪拌車使用中要注意的問題

1、自動(dòng)上料攪拌車應(yīng)停入在平地上，并將鏟斗平放地面。當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火后，需反復(fù)多次扳動(dòng)工作裝置操縱手柄，確保各液壓缸處于無壓休息狀態(tài)。當(dāng)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車只能停在坡道上時(shí)，要將輪胎墊牢。

2、自動(dòng)上料攪拌車在停止工作后操作人員將各種手柄置于空擋或中間位置。
