If you have a work license, you can go to the place where your driving license is. Small concrete mixer is a kind of vehicle, not all drivers who can drive will drive concrete mixer, if the operation is improper, it will cause rollover, hydraulic pump, motor, reducer too fast wear and even serious consequences.

小型自上料混凝土攪拌罐車啟動前，應把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。自上料混凝土攪拌罐車起動發(fā)動機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。

Before starting the small concrete mixer, the operating handle of the mixing drum should be placed in the "stop" position. After the concrete mixer starts the engine, the mixing drum should be turned at low speed for about 10 minutes, and the hydraulic oil temperature should be raised to above 20 ℃.

自上料混凝土攪拌罐車在露天停放時，裝料前應將攪拌筒反轉，將積水和雜物排出，以混凝土的質量。自上料混凝土攪拌罐車在運輸混凝土時，要滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動造成擺動，在行進中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運行。

When the concrete mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to discharge the accumulated water and sundries, so as to improve the quality of concrete. When the concrete mixer transports concrete, the sliding bucket shall be placed firmly to prevent swing caused by looseness, which may injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles.

小型自上料混凝土攪拌罐車裝運攪拌好的混凝土時，攪拌筒轉速為2-10轉/分，在運輸過程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉速在2-3轉/分，行駛在側傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動較大的路面時，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復攪拌旋轉。

When the small concrete mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the rotation speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotation speed of the mixing drum is 2-3 rpm on the flat road. When driving on the road with a roll slope greater than 50 or the road with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation should be stopped, and the mixing rotation should be resumed after the road condition improves.

小型攪拌車的混凝土攪拌時間不能超過攪拌站規(guī)定的時間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉，以防混凝土產生離析現(xiàn)象。司機應時常觀察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時通報調度室，申請做出處理。攪拌車車內裝有混凝土時，在現(xiàn)場停滯時間不得超過1小時，如超時應立即要求現(xiàn)場負責人給予及時處理。

The concrete mixing time of small mixer shall not exceed the specified time of mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. The driver shall observe the concrete condition from time to time, report the abnormality to the dispatching room in time, and apply for handling. When the mixer truck is equipped with concrete, the dead time on the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in time.

攪拌車運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超過2小時須排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時，不得超過2.5小時。攪拌車在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動1分鐘，再進行排料。

The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. When the temperature is high, the concrete shall not be discharged for more than 2 hours, and when the temperature is low in rainy weather, it shall not be discharged for more than 2.5 hours. Before discharging concrete, the mixer truck should rotate the mixing drum at the speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.
