In order to improve the technical content of concrete mixer, improve the sealing problem of shaft end of mixer, improve the performance of the whole machine, and enhance the market competitiveness, the R & D and design team of our company focused on the principle of shaft end seal after searching for data from many parties, and proposed a new one Design idea:


1.改變密封形式,采用浮動密封加油脂密封的形式,前后形成四道機械密封;
1. Change the seal form, adopt floating seal and grease seal, form four mechanical seals before and after;
2.改變密封圈與內(nèi)浮封座的接觸面形式;
2. Change the contact surface form between the seal ring and the inner floating seal seat;
3.密封圈采用特殊材質(zhì),提高密封效果,延長密封件使用壽命;

4.加油系統(tǒng)采用四個立泵芯分別向四個軸頭供油,避免了使用分流閥的堵塞,減少維修和保養(yǎng)的工作量;

5.軸端加裝潤滑油檢測點,以檢測潤滑油脂是否真正到達(dá)軸頭。
