1、如果在啟動(dòng)時(shí)只聽(tīng)到啟動(dòng)機(jī)電磁開(kāi)關(guān)發(fā)出“咯咯”聲，但曲軸卻不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。這種情況有可能是蓄電池“斷格”造成的。

3、它的蓄電池自放電嚴(yán)重，其極板、隔板嚴(yán)重老化時(shí)，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)臨時(shí)停車(chē)每次都能啟動(dòng)，但停車(chē)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)或第二天啟動(dòng)自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)時(shí)卻只能使曲軸轉(zhuǎn)一下。那個(gè)時(shí)候您可以考慮更換蓄電池。

3. Its battery has a serious self discharge. When its electrode plate and diaphragm are seriously aged, it will stop temporarily and can be started every time, but the crankshaft can only be turned when the parking time is long or the automatic feeding mixer is started the next day. 6、當(dāng)啟動(dòng)機(jī)電磁開(kāi)關(guān)的保持線圈錯(cuò)接在了電源接線柱上或鑰匙開(kāi)關(guān)上的3根線接錯(cuò)時(shí)，電源總開(kāi)關(guān)一接通，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)啟動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪就和飛輪齒圈嚙合在一起轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象。

6. When the holding coil of the starter electromagnetic switch is wrongly connected to the power terminal or the three wires on the key switch are wrongly connected, once the main power switch is turned on, the starter drive gear and the flywheel ring gear will engage and rotate together.
