1、普通氣剎的駐車制動(dòng)只能在貨車靜止的情況下使用,因?yàn)槠渲苿?dòng)力矩是作用在傳動(dòng)軸上,如果在自上料攪拌車行駛當(dāng)中使用,易造成傳動(dòng)軸和后橋的嚴(yán)重超載荷,還可能因差速器殼被抱死而發(fā)生左右兩車輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相反,致使貨車制動(dòng)時(shí)跑偏甚至掉頭。

3、常規(guī)剎車是手剎鎖住傳動(dòng)軸,腳剎時(shí)由壓縮空氣進(jìn)入制動(dòng)氣室鎖住車輪。在手剎或傳動(dòng)軸機(jī)械故障時(shí),手剎失靈;在氣泵、管路、儲(chǔ)氣筒、制動(dòng)閥任何一個(gè)部位故障時(shí),腳剎失靈。而斷氣剎車就可避免這些危險(xiǎn)
