自上料混凝土攪拌罐車泵車不能泵送是怎么回事?

小型自上料混凝土攪拌罐車的操作人員需經(jīng)培訓(xùn)后方可上崗操作。所泵送的混凝土應(yīng)滿足混凝土泵車的可泵性要求?;炷帘密嚤盟妥鳂I(yè)要害可參照混凝土泵的運(yùn)用。泵送間斷5min以上時(shí),必須將結(jié)束軟管內(nèi)的混凝土排出。否則因?yàn)榻Y(jié)束軟管內(nèi)的混凝土脫水,再次泵送作業(yè)時(shí)混凝土就會(huì)激烈的噴出,向四處噴濺,那樣結(jié)束軟管很容易受損。為了改動(dòng)臂架或混凝土泵車的方位而需要折疊、擴(kuò)展或回收布料桿時(shí),要先反泵1~2次后再動(dòng)作,這么可放置在動(dòng)作時(shí)輸送管道內(nèi)的混凝土落下或噴濺。

分析泵送電磁閥來電正常,就可以說明行駛、泵送方位查看應(yīng)當(dāng)正常,但是從頭查看:I2.5點(diǎn)亮,分動(dòng)箱方位查看靠近開關(guān)點(diǎn)亮,汽車行駛、泵送動(dòng)作隨駕駛室操作動(dòng)作正常,說明行駛、泵送控制電路無(wú)缺點(diǎn)。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)升速正常,而系統(tǒng)無(wú)壓力,方位查看又無(wú)缺點(diǎn),因此斷定缺點(diǎn)為分動(dòng)箱內(nèi)部撥叉出現(xiàn)問題。正、反泵觀察壓力表,壓力為0,系統(tǒng)無(wú)壓力。查看DT1電磁閥來電正常,后手動(dòng)頂其閥芯,缺點(diǎn)照常。
