　　混凝土攪拌罐車運(yùn)輸過程中的二次攪拌屬于深加工，但不是簡(jiǎn)單的旋轉(zhuǎn)。太慢，混凝土中的粗骨料容易下沉，太快，對(duì)駕駛員的安全有一定的影響，而且還會(huì)增加混凝土的失水，坍落度增大，影響流量;當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速為6~8 /min時(shí)，混凝土初凝時(shí)間一般為3~6小時(shí)。短暫的交通堵塞對(duì)混凝土的影響很小。如果交通堵塞時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)，混凝土罐的旋轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)應(yīng)適當(dāng)加快1~2個(gè)周期，并注意罐的旋轉(zhuǎn)是否異常。適當(dāng)時(shí)可加水，以保持混凝土的和易性，避免混凝土粘滯。
