a．萬(wàn)向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分是故障多發(fā)部位，應(yīng)按時(shí)加注潤(rùn)滑脂，并經(jīng)常檢查磨損情況，及時(shí)修理更換。車(chē)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)有備用的萬(wàn)向軸總成，以保證一旦發(fā)生故障能在幾十分鐘內(nèi)恢復(fù)工作。

a. The universal rotating part is the part with frequent faults, so it should be filled with grease on time, and the wear should be checked frequently and repaired and replaced in time. The fleet shall have a spare cardan shaft assembly to ensure that it can resume operation within tens of minutes in case of failure.

b．保證液壓油清潔。混凝土攪拌運(yùn)輸車(chē)工作環(huán)境惡劣，一定要防止污水泥沙進(jìn)入液壓系統(tǒng)。液壓油要按使用手冊(cè)要求定期更換。一旦檢查時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)液壓油中混入水或泥沙，就要立即停機(jī)清洗液壓系統(tǒng)、更換液壓油。

b. Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean. The working environment of concrete mixer truck is bad, so it is necessary to prevent dirty cement sand from entering the hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil shall be replaced regularly according to the requirements of the operation manual. Once water or sediment is found in the hydraulic oil during inspection, stop the machine immediately to clean the hydraulic system and replace the hydraulic oil.

c．保證液壓油冷卻裝置有用。要定時(shí)清理液壓油散熱器，避免散熱器被水泥堵塞，檢查散熱器電動(dòng)風(fēng)扇運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常，防止液壓油溫度超標(biāo)。液壓部分只要保證液壓油清潔，一般故障不多；但生產(chǎn)廠家不同，使用壽命則不一樣。

c. Ensure that the hydraulic oil cooling device is useful. Regularly check whether the hydraulic radiator is blocked by the hydraulic oil to prevent the hydraulic radiator from being blocked. As long as the hydraulic part keeps the hydraulic oil clean, there are few general faults; However, different manufacturers have different service life.
