1. 日常檢查攪拌筒拖輪，有無破損、松動及不正常聲音。每月加一次潤滑脂。

2. 日常檢查攪拌筒滾道，有無磨損、損傷及焊縫開裂。適時加涂潤滑脂，涂一薄層。

3. 攪拌筒內部經常性沖洗，鏟刮粘著的混凝土。

1. 日常檢查減速機有無漏油，油量是否足夠，油內是否有雜質。初次換油時間為500工作小時，以后每2000工作小時或一年換一次油。

2. 每三個月檢查傳動軸法蘭螺栓有無松動，十字軸萬向節(jié)有無松動，每月加注一次潤滑脂。
