　　使用一段時(shí)間后，過多過少的攪拌桶就會(huì)出現(xiàn)攪拌不轉(zhuǎn)的情況，一般有三種情況:

　　(1)打開攪拌桶人孔蓋，松開馬達(dá)上高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌桶使攪拌桶人孔斜向下，從攪拌桶人孔排出混凝土;

　　(1) Open the manhole cover of the mixing barrel, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing barrel to make the manhole of the mixing barrel incline downward, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of the mixing barrel;

　　(2)麻煩卡車高壓軟管從救濟(jì)的電動(dòng)機(jī)用高壓軟管連接到另一端的油泵救援車,后將用于緊急回水管有麻煩卡車機(jī)油口、回油管另一端用泵抽油口后救援車輛,使用救援車來控制麻煩卡車的旋轉(zhuǎn)圓柱,具體的排放。

　　3、電機(jī)故障，處理相對簡單，可將電機(jī)從救援車上拆下安裝在故障車上，然后將各油管連接起來，啟動(dòng)救援車時(shí)可將混凝土氣缸混出。
