Due to some unexpected situations in the use of Zhongke Jufeng self feeding mixer, if this happens, how to clean the remaining materials in the tank?

　　1. 關掉控制室的電源開關，并掛上“請勿關閉”的警告牌。

　　1. Turn off the power switch in the control room and hang the warning sign "do not turn off".

　　2. 通知裝載機發(fā)生碰撞，并將裝載機斗與主機出料口對準，收料。

　　2. Inform the loader of collision, align the loader bucket with the discharge port of the host machine and receive the materials.

　　3.打開倉庫大門，工人穿戴防護裝備進入主機，用鏟子、風炮等工具清理未完成的混凝土。

　　3. Open the gate of the warehouse, workers wear protective equipment to enter the main machine, and use shovels, air guns and other tools to clean the unfinished concrete.

　　4. 打開卸料門，取出可拆下的未完成的混合混凝土。

　　5. 罐內混凝土清理干凈后，工作人員檢查主機葉片是否損壞，直至工作人員確認主機底板及葉片狀態(tài)良好。工作人員離開主機后，關閉主機筒倉門。

　　6. 在車輛供電或正常運行的情況下，工作人員應觀察斜帶、平帶的砂礫情況，配合控制室操作人員通過裝載機將砂礫清除。

　　7. 斜帶、平帶的廢料、砂礫清理干凈后，進行混凝土的正常生產。

　　如果在使用全自動自上料攪拌車的過程中出現問題，無法操作時應及時將攪拌機內的混凝土取出。如果混凝土在罐內凝結，會對車輛造成腐蝕。
