1、將混凝土攪拌機電器用塑料薄膜遮罩，再用半濕性毛巾將薄膜上部位置進行壓蓋，從而得以避免高壓水沖進分電器，致使攪拌車難以啟動。

2、在使用高壓水槍時，應由發(fā)動機側面按從上到下將引擎室內側、發(fā)動機外表的附著污物沖洗干凈。

3、直接將清洗劑均勻噴灑在泅濕后的混凝土攪拌機發(fā)動機、引擎室周圍。

4、等閃涼3min后，利用纖維毛刷清洗引擎室內所能觸及到的所有部件。

5、利用高壓水槍對污物進行快速沖洗、刷洗過程。

6、再將清洗劑噴灑于引擎表面，操作步驟同上。周而復始，直至將混凝土攪拌機發(fā)動機外表清洗干凈。
