開渦輪增壓自上料混凝土攪拌罐車使用中應該注意什么?

一、熱車。開渦輪增壓車型,要有更多的耐心和更好的習慣,攪拌車冷啟動后,原地讓攪拌車熱車,不僅僅是讓水溫到達正常值,也是讓攪拌車發(fā)動機的機油到達的工況溫度。沒有油溫表的車型不必擔心,冷啟動時,只要水溫表溫度到達正常工作溫度時,等多1-2分鐘即可。切忌啟動攪拌車后馬上進行高速運轉(zhuǎn),因為渦輪增壓屬于高速運轉(zhuǎn)部件,所以更需要機油進行保護,如果還沒熱好車就高速行駛,機油還是比較粘稠,潤滑效果不佳,馬上高速運轉(zhuǎn)會讓發(fā)動機得不到應有保護,如果強迫渦輪以全負荷的狀態(tài)工作,那么會增大渦輪磨損,縮短渦輪壽命。

二、熄火。同樣的,熄火前也需要耐心多等一等,因為長時間行駛的攪拌車或者是高速行駛的攪拌車,渦輪增壓器的溫度都是非常高的,停車后,渦輪由于慣性還會繼續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)一段時間,需要足夠的時間冷卻,如果停車后就馬上關掉攪拌車發(fā)動機,那么冷卻系統(tǒng)和潤滑油的供應也會停止,這樣會傷害到攪拌車的軸承。所以,建議熄火前先讓攪拌車發(fā)動機運轉(zhuǎn)2-3分鐘,讓渦輪增壓器有足夠的時間冷卻。但渦輪增壓器也不可長時間怠速運轉(zhuǎn),否則攪拌車渦輪增壓器也會因機油壓力過低而導致潤滑不良,一般怠速時間不應超過10分鐘。

三。機油。攪拌車渦輪增壓器確實比較“嬌氣”,除了機油量比普通自然吸氣發(fā)動機大一些外,對油品的要求也更高。因為攪拌車渦輪增壓器的設計與自然吸氣發(fā)動機不同,大部分量產(chǎn)車的渦輪都是采用浮動軸承,即完全靠機油來潤滑,所以,選擇優(yōu)質(zhì)的機油尤為重要,而劣質(zhì)機油的粘稠度較高,流動性較差,無法較好地發(fā)揮作用。司機在這方面切勿因小失大,建議給攪拌車更換全合成機油,這種油品有良好的抗氧化性,抗磨性,耐高溫性能,潤滑和散熱性更佳。

四、檢查。應定時檢查攪拌車渦輪增壓器的密封環(huán),因為這也是很重要的一個部分,因為如果密封環(huán)失效,那么廢氣會通過密封環(huán)進入攪拌車發(fā)動機潤滑系統(tǒng)使機油變臟,從而使曲軸箱壓力升高,造成攪拌車機油的過度消耗,產(chǎn)生“燒機油”的情況。另外,攪拌車渦輪增壓器轉(zhuǎn)子軸承精密度很高,維修及安裝時的工作環(huán)境要求也很嚴格,因此當渦輪增壓器出現(xiàn)故障或損壞時應到指定的維修站進行維修,而不能到街邊店修理。
