混凝土離析主要還是攪拌站調(diào)配混凝土的技術(shù)問題，不同級(jí)別的混凝土配比都有嚴(yán)格的規(guī)范，水、水泥、砂石料、外加劑的使用不當(dāng)都有可能造成混凝土離析。主要由以下及幾種情況：

Concrete segregation is mainly the technical problem of mixing concrete in mixing plant. Different levels of concrete proportion have strict specifications, and improper use of water, cement, sand and gravel and additives may cause concrete segregation. It mainly includes the following and several situations:

1、水料配比不當(dāng)。水加多了，水泥用量少等都會(huì)造成離析。

1. The ratio of water and material is improper. More water and less cement will cause segregation.

2、沙子質(zhì)量不好。沙子中石頭多，含水過高也都會(huì)造成離析。

2. The quality of the sand is not good. There are many stones in the sand, and the water content is too high to cause segregation.

3、碎石級(jí)配不好。碎石粒徑增大、級(jí)配變差、單一級(jí)配都容易造成混凝土的離析現(xiàn)象。

3. The gravel gradation is not good. The segregation of concrete is easy to be caused by the increase of gravel particle size, poor gradation and single gradation.

4、外加劑加過量。緩凝劑等外加劑過量，或者外加劑和水泥的適應(yīng)性不好也會(huì)造成混凝土離析。

4. The admixture is overdosed. Too much retarder and other admixtures or poor adaptability between admixtures and cement can also cause concrete segregation.

雖然混凝土離析的主要原因是攪拌站的技術(shù)問題，但是在攪拌車運(yùn)輸和使用中的不當(dāng)也可能會(huì)造成混凝土離析，特別是新手更不能忽視。

Although the main reason of concrete segregation is the technical problems of mixing plant, the improper transportation and use of mixer truck may also cause concrete segregation, especially for novices.

1、水量多了造成的離析。更主要也是新手特別容易犯的錯(cuò)誤，沒有嚴(yán)格按照攪拌車使用流程來，在頭洗車時(shí)攪拌罐里的水沒有放，或者沒有放完就直接進(jìn)料。

1. Segregation caused by too much water. The most important mistake is that novices are particularly prone to make. They do not strictly follow the mixing process. When washing the car on the first day, the water in the mixing tank is not put in, or the water is directly fed before it is finished.

2、攪拌罐停轉(zhuǎn)造成離析。攪拌罐在運(yùn)輸途中千萬不能停，沒有攪拌混凝土?xí)霈F(xiàn)沙、石、水泥互相脫離，從而離析變質(zhì)，但是這時(shí)更要擔(dān)心悶罐。

2. The mixing tank stopped running and caused segregation. The mixing tank must not be stopped during transportation. Without mixing, sand, stone and cement will be separated from each other, resulting in segregation and deterioration. However, it is more important to worry about the tank being stuffy.

3、攪拌罐轉(zhuǎn)速過快離析。混凝土在運(yùn)輸過程中如果駕駛員使攪拌罐轉(zhuǎn)速太快，在離心力的作用下會(huì)造成較重的碎石子下沉。

3. The rotating speed of mixing tank is too fast to separate. In the process of concrete transportation, if the driver makes the mixing tank rotate too fast, heavy gravel will sink under the action of centrifugal force.

不少人都說攪拌罐越大越容易離析，罐體設(shè)計(jì)不合格的確會(huì)造離析現(xiàn)象，但是與罐體大小關(guān)系不大。主要是罐體內(nèi)部攪拌葉片的安裝設(shè)計(jì)角度以及做工等不合格造成的。

Many people say that the bigger the mixing tank, the easier it is to separate. The unqualified tank design will indeed cause segregation, but it has little to do with the size of the tank. It is mainly caused by unqualified installation design angle and workmanship of mixing blade inside the tank.
